1 Definitions and Introduction

3 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. tc999 is not responsible for unauthorized third-party access that occurs due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds at tc999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka) — by any method.

For deposits, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and such transactions may be returned if flagged as suspicious.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 adds a maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonuses may only be used on designated games — the list of eligible games is available on the promotions page.
Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another account.
Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
If the terms of any bonus offer are violated, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

tc999's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; Platinum — up to 1.2%; Diamond — up to 1.5%. 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

Each game and betting market on tc999 has its own rules, which can be found alongside each game within the service. It is each user's responsibility to read and understand those rules before playing.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market may have minimum and maximum bet amounts. These limits may vary depending on the user's account tier, the type of game, and any ongoing promotions.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the data stored on tc999's server will be considered final. If the outcome of a game remains undetermined due to a technical reason, the related bet may be cancelled and funds returned.
