tc999's commitment to responsible gaming

So that enjoyable entertainment never becomes a problem — tc999 provides strong tools and support to keep you protected.

Why is responsible gaming important?

At tc999 we believe online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — something to be enjoyed and never a source of harm in your life. On our platform you can enjoy a variety of games from cricket betting to slots and live casino — but always within a healthy limit.

Responsible gambling means knowing your limits, keeping losses at a manageable level, and seeking help quickly if a problem arises. tc999 is not just a betting platform — we are mindful of the overall well-being of every one of our players.

Remember: gambling is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn money. Every game carries an equal chance of winning or losing, and past results do not determine future results.

Our protection programs

Set deposit limits

Decide for yourself the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes 24 hours to come into effect — but lowering it takes effect immediately.

Time-out feature

Want to take a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period no bets or deposits will be possible.

Self-exclusion

Use the self-exclusion feature for a long-term break. Your account can be closed for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. This step is irreversible — it cannot be reactivated before the term expires.

Session time limit

Decide in advance how long you will play. Once a session time limit is set, you will be automatically alerted after the specified time and the session will be ended if needed.

Betting history review

View your complete betting history, deposits, and withdrawal records at any time. Understand your spending patterns and make informed decisions.

24/7 support team

Contact us via live chat or email for any issue. Our support team provides service in Bengali and English 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Tips for playing responsibly

Following a few simple rules while playing on tc999 will keep the entertainment enjoyable at all times:

Set a budget

Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. If that amount is lost, treat it as an entertainment expense — do not try to win it back.

Stick to a time limit

Decide in advance how long you will play. Rather than playing for long stretches without a break, take breaks from time to time.

Play for entertainment

See gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income. Losing is not failure — it is a normal part of the game.

Do not play under stress

If you are feeling down, tired, or under stress, refrain from playing. Decisions made in that state are often the wrong ones.

Do not play with borrowed money

Never bet with borrowed funds or money set aside for essential expenses. Only use funds from your entertainment budget.

Let your loved ones know

Keep a family member or a trusted friend informed about your gambling habits. They can offer support if it is ever needed.

Recognise the warning signs

Warning signs

Feeling the urge to bet more in order to recover money you have lost
Lying about or hiding your betting activity
Feeling restless or irritable when you are unable to gamble
Prioritising gambling over family, friends, or work
Continuing to play by taking on debt or cutting back on important expenses
Being unable to stop even after losses
Using gambling to cope with stress or loneliness

If you notice any of the signs above in yourself, do not delay — contact us or activate self-exclusion. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
